One of the goals at IDEA is to encourage active and effective job search as a primary tool for job placement. Through individual attention is developed personalized itinerary and reports on major resources and tools relating to labour and training matters.

 

Aware of offering the best and widest service, the City Council of Alzira, through IDEA, requested and got accreditation from the Placement Agency in February 2012.

 

IDEA carries out activities related to occupational guidance both for the unemployed or workers in search of better employment, as for employers who offer jobs.
